Develop and implement digital strategies to drive customer acquisition (including content marketing, email marketing, channel strategies, etc)
Identify key metrics across the funnel and deliver actionable insights on marketing performance and contribution to pipeline
Develop a data-driven approach to prioritize, test, evaluate, and optimize marketing experiments to acquire new customers
Manage our marketing budget, including in-house and agency spend
Deployment of marketing automation technologies to support lead gen
Partner with individuals and teams across the company to assist in building and running campaigns
Oversee all continued optimization for website, funnel related activity, and all digital marketing efforts (e.g. Adwords, retargeting)
What we expect from you
At least 4-6 years of experience with a wide range of marketing channels (e.g., paid search, social, SEO, content, affiliates)
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; proficiency with Mixpanel, GA, SQL and other relevant tools
Strong operating and leadership skills; equally comfortable being in the weeds and leading internal and external teams
An excellent communicator; experience with media / PR is a plus

Performance marketing platform like Google Data Studio
Events analytics software like Segment (or another events-based analytics tool)
Marketing & product analytics like Mixpanel and Hotjar (or another events-based visualisation tool, like Amplitude)
Email marketing like Customer.io, MailChimp, HubSpot
The company is based in New York City, but due to COVID we are currently working remotely and will be remote until the second half of 2021. The company plans on re-centralizing in late 2021.
