Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be instrumental in the development of branding, digital assets, and sales enablement. You’ll be responsible for executing marketing emails, nurture programs, webinars, and various campaign tactics, with the goal of enhancing brand awareness and demand generation.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in digital marketing—not just executing but strategizing, planning, and then delivering results. Our team is lean, which means you’ll get the opportunity to wear many hats and impact many areas. This is a thinking and doing position. Everyone rolls up their sleeves. When you own a project, you own it from start to finish. We have resources and vendor partners that help and for whom you will be responsible, but you have the responsibility to ensure that things are done right, and you get the credit at the end when you deliver results.
This individual will have exceptional technical skills, attention to detail, a flexible mindset, a relentless work ethic, best-in-class organizational abilities and a willingness to go above and beyond. General knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically of registered investment advisors and their technology tools is a big plus.
You will be reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will have the opportunity to help build the marketing department at the ground floor. Future opportunities include brand refresh, website redesign and new product launches.
What We’re Looking For
• A tech-savvy, detail-oriented problem solver with a natural curiosity and a passion for digital marketing
• A highly organized team player with the ability to work cross-functionally across a diverse group of stakeholders, including sales, international teams, product marketing, and operations
• Hands-on experience with branding, web, social media, email marketing and marketing automation
• Strong knowledge of website content management, online publishing, SEO, channel management, and digital marketing best practices
• Familiarity with analytics concepts, metrics, digital KPIs, and how to use them to optimize tactics and drive impact and ROI
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
• Execute digital marketing campaigns and tactics across our owned platforms and channels, including website, email, and social
• Developing and optimizing digital strategies to drive SQLs with a laser focus on revenue impact
• Paid and organic search – working with and assisting in managing vendor partners and internal resources
• Email strategy and execution – working collaboratively to build nurture campaigns and templates for sales enablement using Hub Spot
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of prospect and customer data in Hub Spot
• Perform website content updates, including blog posts, evergreen content, and campaign landing pages
• Optimize existing website content, ensuring it adheres to SEO best practices
• Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
• Partner with third-party agencies and development teams to ensure flawless execution of the Advyzon brand
