Digital Marketing Specialist Full Time

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Business Product Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading email marketing development, assisting with content development (both written and graphic), and supporting various digital and printed content creation efforts. This role requires a creative thinker with strong written and visual communication skills who is capable of executing marketing strategies across multiple channels. This is a hybrid role, expected to be onsite 3 days a week in our San Jose HQ.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Leads email marketing development: Design, implement, and lead email marketing campaigns targeting channel partners, end users, and event attendees.

• Assists with content development: Contribute to the creation of written and graphic content for various marketing materials.

• Support the production of case studies, web content, datasheets, and battle cards.

• Assist with crafting tradeshow graphics and making vital web graphic changes/resizing.

• Supports ad hoc content creation: Help develop digital and printed materials for social media, videos, landing pages, case studies, briefs, and other marketing collateral as needed. 

Qualifications 

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and email marketing campaigns for an enterprise audience.

• Strong English writing skills with the ability to craft compelling content.

• High proficiency in HTML email coding and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), with experience in crafting, resizing, and modifying images and graphics.

• Experience with HubSpot is preferred.

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools is desired.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a creative approach.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

• Proficiency in English is a must.
