Compensation $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp./Equity – Range may vary based on experience.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are currently seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team.  Someone who can think both creatively, critically and quickly; someone with excellent communication skills who can turn out exceptional work and constantly thinks about how they can elevate designs. This role requires attention to detail, a high level of creativity with the ability to follow brand guidelines and project/time management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop high-impact, sleek designs for marketing collateral including but not limited to: PowerPoint decks, web assets, infographics, brochures, social media ads, virtual and live event promotions, sales, and environmental graphics
- Create designs, concepts, and layouts that meet specific graphical needs – utilizing expertise and knowledge of aesthetic design principles.
- Update existing artwork to produce finished product (includes content updates and translated content)
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to align designs and development goals, while maintaining a seamless execution
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts for field events, corporate events and annual user conference and partner summit
- Manage projects and deadlines while working both independently and under supervision
- Apply master creative concepts to various assets in digital and print
- Demonstrate a professional approach to giving and receiving feedback
Formal Education and Certification
- Four-year college degree in a field such as Graphic Design or related field preferred.
- 5-7+ years of experience in Graphic Design (digital and print)
Knowledge and Experience
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word on a MAC platform
- Experience using video editing software such as Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia(preferred, not required)
- Understanding of trends within the scope of the design industry
- Ability to effectively establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color
- Experience supporting an employer brand and/or B2B marketing communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
- Demonstrate the ability to remain flexible and adjust to changing priorities as needed
- Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and take creative direction/revision notes and effectively integrate into design in a timely manner
- Ability to manage multiple and concurrent projects with timely responsiveness
- Video and multi-language skills a plus
