What You’ll Do With Us:

As a Project Manager at Discuss, you will:

● Serve as the primary liaison for all project-related communications between Discuss and our
clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
● Deeply understand each client’s unique requirements and tailor workflows to meet their needs,
enhancing project outcomes.
● Oversee the development of screening criteria, the creation of screeners, and the assessment of
project viability.
● Efficiently coordinate schedules across clients, respondents, moderators, and translators,
ensuring timely and effective project execution.
● Collaborate with our recruitment team, as well as third-party moderators and translators, to
deliver exceptional project results.
● Facilitate project setup within the Discuss platform, guiding clients through the process for optimal
use and success.
● Actively suggest and implement changes to enhance project success, providing expert advice
and insights to clients.
● Document project details and status updates in CRM tools, maintaining clear and accessible
records.
● Manage pre-interview processes, including recruitment tracking, client training, and addressing
follow-up questions to prepare for successful interviews.
● Monitor fieldwork progress, ensuring projects are executed as planned and promptly addressing
any deviations.
● Oversee project budgeting, track costs, and coordinate with the accounting department for
accurate invoicing.
● Identify and resolve any issues that arise during project execution, applying critical problem-
solving skills to maintain project integrity.

What You Won’t Be Doing at Discuss:
As we clarify the scope and focus of the Project Manager role at Discuss, it’s just as important to
understand the tasks that won’t be part of your responsibilities.

This clarity ensures you can fully leverage

● Office Attendance Not Required: Our company operates on a 100% remote basis.
● Project Reports, Discussion guide, and report presentations are Handled by specialized third-
party moderators for the creation of detailed project reports, allowing you to focus on the broader
aspects of project management and client engagement.
● Focus on Quantitative Research: Our expertise lies in Qualitative market research, meaning you
won’t need to delve into quantitative research tools or methods. Your role will be centered around
qualitative insights, where your creativity and analytical skills can truly shine.
● Designing Research: The intricate process of designing research studies is handled by
specialists.

Your focus will be on managing and facilitating the successful execution of these
projects, rather than on the underlying research design.
● Quoting Processes: You won’t need to concern yourself with quoting for projects. Our dedicated
team handles the financial aspects, including quoting, allowing you to concentrate on project
management and client service without the added pressure of financial negotiations.
What You’ve Done Before:

● Market Research Mastery: You bring at least 2 years of experience in qualitative market
research, demonstrating a deep understanding of client objectives and target audiences.

You
possess the skill to craft precise recruitment questionnaires that pinpoint the exact needs of a
project.
● Multitasking Excellence: Your organizational prowess allows you to manage a diverse portfolio of
projects simultaneously, with the capacity to handle 8 or more projects monthly without
compromising quality.
● Technological Agility: A natural at navigating new technologies, you’re comfortable learning and
mastering new software, seamlessly integrating multiple platforms into your workflow to enhance
project execution.
● Attention to Detail: Your meticulous nature ensures every aspect of a project is executed
flawlessly, from the initial planning stages to the final touches, leaving no stone unturned.
● Adaptability: With an aptitude for rapid learning, you’re equipped to thrive amidst constant
changes and challenges, always staying ahead of the curve.
● Customer Service Excellence: Your commitment to outstanding customer service is evident in
your interactions, ensuring clients feel valued, understood, and satisfied with every project.
