Project Management Consultant, Digital & Technology Full Time

Position Summary

TriVista Consultants collaborate with other members of the TriVista team on a variety of projects. Digital & Technology projects can encompass supporting clients with M&A transactions, Business Enablement, Digital Transformation journeys, and ERP strategy. Digital transformation projects usually takes 12+ months and incorporates data room analysis, site visits, and report generation. TriVista Project Management Consultants may also be required to support operational projects including supply chain and continuous improvement engagements.

In addition, Project Management Consultants assist TriVista staff with a variety of internal operational activities including development of training materials, white papers, research, practice tools, and analysis support for projects.

TriVista’s Consultants represent the image and credibility of the firm. Their roles require regular interface with clients that include Private Equity investors, boards of directors, and corporate level executive team members. Excellent spoken and written communication skills are essential.

Ability and willingness to undertake travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time is required.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of IT consulting projects including project set up and kick off, data requests, data analysis, team logistics, site visits, and report generation
• Take full ownership of day-to-day project execution, including proactive management of escalations and ensuring on-time completion of deliverables to meet critical project milestones
• Contribute to future state planning of Digital and Technology operating models, IT cost synergy analysis, cybersecurity landscape analysis, and application modeling
• Assist in one or multiple workstreams for post-merger integrations, including IT infrastructure consolidation, data migration strategy, and organizational restructuring
• Develop Digital and Technology project plans, tools, and templates
• Collaborate with team members in the Digital & Technology Practice to ensure relevant and important project information is shared efficiently and effectively
• Develop statistical models, analyze client data, and develop presentations
• Support senior TriVista team members in all aspects of project assignments as required
• Leverage project management tools such as Gantt charts, metrics, and expense tracking spreadsheets
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience with exposure to large transformation projects
• Prior experience operating as a Subject Matter Expert within a business setting
• Familiarity with tier 1 ERP platforms preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to clearly express ideas and recommendations to a broad spectrum of client employees
• Self-motivated with high initiative and drive to complete assignments on time with exceptional quality
• Accurate, detail oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities
• Understanding and proficiency using the following software: MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Education

• 4-year degree, preferably with a focus in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or ability to obtain once employed
• PMP certification preferred but not required

Base range between $95,000-$130,000. Exact compensation may vary on skills, experience, and location.
