As an eGroup Enabling Technologies Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing client-facing projects, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of services. You will coordinate between internal teams, clients, and various stakeholders to maintain project timelines, scope, and budget.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Planning & Initiation: Initiate and plan projects, review scope, create project schedules, and coordinate resources to ensure timely project delivery.
· Client Communication & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and resources, facilitating kickoff meetings, status updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
· Project Execution & Monitoring: Oversee project execution by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure accurate tracking of project progress and time management.
· Risk & Change Management: Identify and manage risks and scope changes, ensuring appropriate documentation and communication to stakeholders.
· Project Closeout: Ensure all deliverables are completed, conduct project closeout meetings, and provide final reports/documents to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field preferred.
· 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT services or a related field.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to manage stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
· Experience with risk management and change control processes.
