Position Overview

The Senior Content Writer plays a critical role in driving business growth by developing and managing high-quality, client-focused proposal content. This individual will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that effectively address client inquiries, including RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, exceptional writing and communication skills, and a proven record of success in crafting high-quality compelling proposal content.

This role is based in Nashville and requires a hybrid working arrangement. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Nashville metro area.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

• Content Creation and Management: Develop, write, and edit a variety of content, including proposal responses, executive summaries, cover letters, and other supporting materials.

• Client Focus: Collaborate closely with sales leaders, account management, and subject matter experts to understand client needs and tailor content accordingly.

• Strategic Thinking: Identify key messaging points and competitive advantages to create persuasive and impactful content.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, style standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the related area, BA or BS

• 10+ Years executive writing experience

• Active and effective use of technical tools such as Salesforce, SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and CRM tools.

• Must be able to work in Nashville office 2-3 times per week.
