This position is fully remote and reports to the Chief Technology Officer.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
- Minimum 7+ years of JavaScript(ES6) experience
- Strong understanding of git/source control
- Comfortable working with and understanding both object-oriented and functional programming paradigms
- Write technical documentation for new features
- Build end-to-end solutions with minimum coupling
- Knowledge of AI and/or ChatGPT
Preferred Knowledge:
- Experience working with WebRTC
- Knowledge of JavaScript framework: webpacker, and stimulus
- Experience with asset optimization techniques
- 2+ years Postgres
- Working knowledge of AWS/Heroku
- Knowledge of category theory

Compensation Range: $150,000 – $180,000 per year. The final base salary will be determined based on several factors, including geographical location, level of experience, relevant skills, and knowledge.
Prevail Legal reserves the right to change this job description to meet the organization’s business needs. Please note that the pay band listed is for major cities, and compensation is based on both location and experience.
