Web Designer and Content Specialist Contract

Job Summary: As a Copywriter at Topline, you will craft compelling ad copy, engaging social media content, and conversion-driven marketing materials. You will work closely with our marketing team to understand our brand voice and create content that resonates with our audience, driving action and building our brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design websites in Figma, Framer, and/or Wordpress Elementor
• Design Social Media Graphics and Branded Content
• Develop and write clear, persuasive copy for various mediums such as ads, social media posts, and website content.
• Understand and implement funnel building strategies to guide users through the customer journey.
• Create eye-catching social media content that increases engagement and brand awareness.
• Use Canva and similar tools to design graphics that complement and enhance written content.
• Utilize Elementor for WordPress to create appealing and effective website layouts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure copy aligns with brand voice and marketing strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad copy and other marketing materials to optimize performance.
• Maintain consistent messaging across all channels while tailor-fitting copy to each platform’s audience.
• Research and understand the target audience to write copy that speaks directly to their needs and desires.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure it’s error-free and upholds the company’s high standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a copywriter or similar role.
• Strong understanding of funnel building, ad copy, social media content, Canva, and Elementor.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Google Work Suite.
• Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SEO and digital marketing practices is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A customer-focused approach and excellent client service disposition.
