The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced YouTube SEO Copywriter to support multiple YouTube channels for various brands. This contract position involves crafting engaging, SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags that align with each brand’s unique voice and strategy. You’ll collaborate with producers, marketing, and client teams to ensure all videos are optimized for maximum visibility, engagement, and search engine rankings across YouTube and Google.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, compelling, and SEO-optimized titles and descriptions for videos
- Conduct keyword research to boost video searchability and audience engagement
- Develop metadata strategies to enhance video rankings on YouTube and Google
- Collaborate with producers, marketing, and client teams to align brand messaging
- Continue to test and iterate based on the latest YouTube trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Experience in SEO copywriting for YouTube channels
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, keyword research, and metadata optimization
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet ongoing deadlines
