Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 + Benefits

Our client, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you’ll develop media strategies and optimize campaigns using the Google suite of tools, including Google Ads and GA4, to maximize performance for a diverse client base. Digital Marketing Specialist (3+ yrs; Paid Search/Google Ads; WFH Fri) Responsibilities
• Develop media strategies with Google Ads and GA4
• Build and optimize campaigns based on client goals
• Manage and improve media spending for diverse clients
• Troubleshoot and track media using GTM
• Produce high-quality deliverables and analyses
• Participate in client meetings
• Collaborate with the team on audience targeting strategies
• Stay updated on KPIs and industry benchmarks
Digital Marketing Specialist (3+ yrs; Paid Search/Google Ads; WFH Fri) Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience with Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and Search Console required
• Strong working knowledge of paid digital media required
• Experience working at or collaborating with an agency required
• Expertise in analytics, tracking setups, and pixel management required
• Ability to work onsite Monday – Thursday required
