We are hiring for entry level sales executives here at Global Web Design and Technology. This is a remote position and we are actively hiring during COVID-19 by holding phone interviews/zoom interviews. Previous sales experience preferred but not required. You must be passionate about people, business, marketing and technology.
This is a high commission based job with recurring revenue. Commissions is 12% of revenue generated, they are not based on profit margins, it is based on total revenue generated for each month. Commissions are paid twice per month and you will get paid on all future sales for the life of the customer for as long as you are a sales executive with Global Web Design and Technology. Our sales reps get paid on monthly reoccurring revenue at the same rate. Lastly, we offer a bonus program here as well.
· Energetic: Must be able to be very energetic, driven and go after business in an energetic and positive way – Always ask for support from your leadership as needed, you are being mentored and trained in this position, regardless of your experience level.
· Utilizing social media to network and generate leads.
· Making phone calls and emails to leads.
· Strong computer skills including proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers, data entry, and entering/using database and sales tools. We train where necessary.
· You will be required to provide weekly reports of your activity, contacts, leads/prospects, new customers, and prospect/lead status and details.
· Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
· Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly and professional way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
· Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product’s/services different features, and answer any questions they might have.
